There are many ways to make good food. It doesn't only involve using the freshest and finest ingredients, but also preparing it the right way. You want to make sure that the food you serve your loved ones is fresh, nutritious and absolutely delicious.

Jellyace Salad

Ingredients

1 (50 pcs) pack         Jelly ace bites
110 grams                 Magnolia All Purpose Cream
¼ tsp                           Vanilla powder
¼ cup                          Sugar
1-1/2 cup                    Magnolia fresh milk
1 tbsp                          Unflavored gelatin

 

 

Procedure

  1. Prepare 15 pcs shot glasses.
  2. Remove jelly ace from the pack and slice each into two.
  3. Dive the jelly ace into prepared shot glass. Set aside.
  4. Combine cream, vanilla powder, sugar in a saucepan.
  5. Heat to scalding, remove from heat and let infuse for about 30 minutes.
  6. Pour milk into a bowl and sprinkle gelatin over the surface.
  7. Set aside to soften.
  8. Heat milk to dissolve gelatin, then stir into the cream mixture.
  9. Heat to scalding while stirring constantly.
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. Strain mixture while pouring into prepared molds.
  12. Chill to set.
